As part of a service design course, I collaborated with two teammates to create a prototype app for the Minneapolis Institute of Art (MIA). The goal was to improve the visitor experience by tackling one of the museum’s biggest challenges: navigation. With such a large and complex layout, it can be difficult for guests to find their way around. Our app prototype focuses on intuitive wayfinding, personalized routes, and easy access to exhibit information—making visits more accessible, enjoyable, and seamless.
